As a nation, we have been raised with milk on our breakfast cereal, ice cream as a reward, sour cream on our potatoes, and milkshakes at the local fast food restaurant. Dairy products are in the majority of our recipes, served in our school lunch programs, and a part of American life.
MY STORY
When my daughter suffered from respiratory infections, ear infections and sinusitis, I did not know that what I fed her could be contributing to her problems. At nights she would wake up screaming that she couldnt breathe. My husband and I would run into her room, grab her and take her into the bathroom. We would run the showers hot water till the bathroom became steamy. Soon she could breathe and would start to calm down. Sometimes that wouldnt work and we would have to go to the emergency room where they would put her in an oxygen tent to relieve her gasps for air.
A friend suggested I stop giving her milk. I was annoyed as the only milk she ate was on her cereal. I decided to try it and almost immediately, she was having more restful nights. There was a backlash when she spent time with others that fed her ice cream, but otherwise, her ear infections and breathing problems stopped.
I started to research this issue learned that that At least 50% of all children in the United States are allergic to cows milk, many undiagnosed. Dairy products are the leading cause of food allergy, often revealed by diarrhea, constipation, and fatigue. A few years later, I began having regular bouts with sinusitis. Soon I was taking antibiotics on a regular basis. After awhile, they didnt work anymore and I had to take stronger antibiotics. When I complained to a coworker, she told me of a physician that made a huge difference in her life by working to see if she had any allergies. The physician had taken her off milk, and this made a huge impact on her sinus infections.
I went to see the physician, who, after looking at my nose, asked me to keep a food diary. I was annoyed. I thought I was a healthy eater and this was a waste of my time. However, as I wrote down what I ate. I found that every time I ate dairy products, my nose began to run. Like my daughter, I too had a milk allergy.
I switched to soy milk and my sinusitis completely ceased. I was sorry that I hadnt known this years before, when I had round after round of sinus infections in college. I had found that I could save time in the college cafeteria by grabbing a shake and a sandwich. I probably had allergic reactions to the ice cream in the shakes.
A Frequent Problem
Allergists say the most common allergen is dairy products. Dairy products (milk, cheese, yogurt, cottage and cream cheese, buttermilk, butter, sodium caseinate and lactate) are the cause of 60% of food allergens. Symptoms of Milk Allergies
According to Dr. Agatha Thrash, (Ucheepines.org website), milk allergies arent only sinus infections, rashes or a leaking nose. They can also lead to confusion, poor brain function in children and much physical suffering. Babies suffer the most since their nutrition comes mostly from a diet of milk. Children may experience pain, loss of appetite, itching or burning of the mouth with ulcerations of the lining of the mouth, all due to cows milk.
Swelling of the lips, tongue, chronic coughing, asthma, rhinitis, bronchitis, urinary bleeding, constipation, and recurrent pneumonia can be symptoms of milk allergies. Because of diarrhea, vomiting, abdominal pain, gastrointestinal problems can occur. Ulcerative colitis has been shown to have acute exacerbations with the use of milk. In reality, cows milk, especially processed cows milk, has been linked to a variety of health problems, including: mucous production, hemoglobin loss, childhood diabetes, heart disease, atherosclerosis, arthritis, kidney stones, mood swings, depression, irritability, ALLERGIES. Many adults have some degree of lactose intolerance. For them, eating or drinking dairy products causes problems like cramping, bloating, gas, and diarrhea. It may manifest as breathing difficulty, hives and rashes, or serious pain in the gut leading to inability to get nourishment from food and dangerous weight loss. According to some authors about one-fifth of children with cows milk allergy have central nervous system disorders. Bedwetting has been ascribed to milk allergy along with cystitis and the nephrotic syndrome. Failure to thrive and sudden infant death syndrome has been felt to be due to milk allergies. In adults the tension-fatigue syndrome may be due to milk allergy. It can also cause migraines, sleep difficulties and asthma. WHAT ETHNIC GROUPS GET THIS?
Certain ethnic groups are much more likely to have lactose intolerance. For example, 90 percent of Asians, 70 percent of blacks and Native Americans, and 50 percent of Hispanics are lactose-intolerant, compared to only about 15 percent of people of Northern European descent. When we hear the word camp, the first thing that comes into mind is assembling a tent and sleeping under the starry skies. For most, it is a form of adventure in the woods or anywhere conceivable. But for teachers and organizers, this is the act of teaming up to learn about something in particular. One good example for this is basketball camps. This kind of a camp is not something like a deed of a camping.

It is a season or like a course where a teacher which is usually a coach held in the hope of training basketball fanatics and enthusiasts to become somebody worth to join important teams in different associations. Some are just for the fun of it while others are formal trainings for highly potential players in the future.

Usually, basketball camps are paid trainings although there are some that are not. Paid trainings are usually held by clubs, coaches, and top players in the industry. While those free trainings are usually held by schools, government institutions, and for-a-cause organizations. These camps are usually attended by different types of people but there are camps that make a distinction, like for example women basketball, men basketball, and kid basketball camps.

In basketball camps, there are three people most important all through the camp duration:

1. The attendees. These are the people that enroll into the program. They are usually gauge by age and sex but will depend on the organizers. If it is a paid program, there are certain requirements asked before they can enroll like fees and certifications. They also provide for their food and clothing.

If it is a free program like in school, the organizers are free to choose and the attendees are required to pass some important sifting processes. The organizers may or may not provide food and camp clothing, depending on the budget provided by the sponsoring institution.

2. The lecturers or teachers, also coaches or instructors. They are the group of innovative, aggressive, and highly skilled individuals knowledgeable of the game and of the entire course in the camp. These people are the ones who will teach and motivate as well as share valuable core attitude to the attendees. They have the pressure of ensuring that their attendees learn and become professionals after the training. It is also expected that they are the authorities in the said camp and the discipline of the entire group will depend on them.

3. The organizers. These are a group of people or entities that spearheads the entire vision and mission of a specific camp, which in this case is a basketball camp. They may be government owned or private institutions that wishes to help nurture future talents through a series of trainings or basketball camps. These can also be a group of people who wants to earn and train through promoting skills and knowledge of the game.

These three are just the basic foundation of basketball camps as well as other types of sport and non-sport camps. There are still many people who belong to backroom staffs and personnel. These are the nurses, doctors, attendants, cleaners, caterers, and many others who can be in the camp depending on the budget of the camp organizers.

In the end, the camp is supposed to train and discipline every attendee to have a winning attitude not only in the camp but after the camp.

Life as a mixed martial artist will never be the same for Seth Petruzelli. What he accomplished last night at BankAtlantic Center will be remembered for many years.
 
Petruzelli became the first man to defeat Kimbo Slice in a sanctioned bout. A clipping right hand did the trick.
 
The victory by Petruzelli and the manner in which it occurred, highlighted a card that was coming apart at the seams hours before its start. But what Petruzelli accomplished made this one of the most exciting nights in MMA history.
 
And to think it almost did not happen.
 
Minutes before the doors opened and fans started pouring into the arena, Slices original opponent, Ken Shamrock, was deemed unfit to fight. He sustained a nasty cut above his left eye during a practice session earlier in the day.
 
To his credit, Shamrock wanted the fight with Slice to go on. The two had sparred verbally for days and were eager to settle their differences. A shoving incident during the weigh-in served to intensify the situation.
 
But Florida State Athletic Commission officials refused to let Shamrock step in the cage. This sent ProElite representatives scrambling to save the card and, essentially, their league.
 
ProElite quickly turned to Petruzelli, who was scheduled to face Aaron Rosa in a non-televised light heavyweight bout. Petruzelli had fought as a heavyweight in the past and immediately seized the opportunity.
 
It was an opportunity to step up, Petruzelli said. It was something I wanted all my life.
 
Once Petruzelli became Shamrocks official replacement, the crowd of 9,414 was informed and instantly expressed its disapproval.
 
Who is this Petruzelli guy? Very few people, if any, in attendance knew who he was.
 
What the fans also did not know was that Petruzelli presented the greatest test of Slices young MMA career. Petruzelli was younger, faster, stronger and he hit harder than the 44-year-old Shamrock.
 
More importantly, he was not a one-dimensional fighter. Petruzelli boasts good stand-up skills and above-average wrestling and jiu-jitsu moves.
 
He was better than Slice on the ground and comparable to him standing up. Petruzelli is the type of fighter Slices handlers avoided until Saturday, at least.
 
m definitely hungrier than Ken and Im younger, said the 28-year-old Petruzelli, who improved to 10-4. I have better jiu-jitsu on the ground. I represented a tougher fight for Kimbo, which makes him a man to step-up and do it.
 
ProElite had no choice; its future was at stake. The show needed to go on.
 
And Slice, despite his physical shortcomings in the cage, has a true fighters mindset. He did not hesitate when Petruzelli was offered to him.
 
[Slice] showed heart. He showed he is a true man and a true warrior, said Jeremy Lappen, head of fight operations for ProElite subsidiary EliteXC. He stepped up on an hours notice. It didnt go his way tonight, but he will be back and better than ever.
 
Slice never saw the punch. It was short and quick, similar to the one Muhammad Ali (then Cassius Clay) delivered against Sonny Liston during their heavyweight rematch in May 1965.
 
Petruzellis punch might not reverberate through American society like Alis did, but it should have a significant impact on his future. He is no longer unknown to MMA followers.
 
And Petruzelli intends to capitalize on his newfound notoriety. He wants to prove he is no one-hit wonder. Immediately after pulling off the shocking win, he expressed a desire to fight Slice again.
 
He will try to convince ProElite that a rematch is a fight fans would embrace. But Petruzelli is quick to point out that he will be a much tougher opponent for Slice the second time around.

Youre finally making the jump to the holy grail of home theater video displays; the front projection system. Theres nothing else that delivers that really big, impressive video image like a front projection system. Its how you get that real cinema experience in your home theater. Home theater projector prices have plummeted in recent years, and the size of the units have shrunk right along with the prices. No more do have to live with a coffin sized box on your ceiling. As sizes have decreased, the image quality and brightness have actually improved dramatically. Youll notice image quality and brightness are two separate issues.
How do choose the correct home theater projector for your application from the myriad of projectors on the market today? There are so many different units, each with their strengths and weaknesses. First of all, there are two main projection technology categories, analog and digital. Analog projectors are based on CRTs, a mature technology thats been around for decades. Those are the projectors with the separate red, green and blue picture tubes and three lenses on the front. The other projectors use one of the newer digital technologies. These projectors have a single lens on the front. There are three major types of digital projectors on the market today; LCD (Liquid Crystal Display), DLP (Digital Light Processing) and LCOS (Liquid Crystal On Silicon). Each type of digital projector has its advantages too.
You need to evaluate your specific requirements in order to make the proper decision. First of all, look at the room. Is it a dedicated home theater or a multi use room? Do you have complete control of the light? What aesthetic concerns are you dealing with? What is your projector budget? How large of an image do you want? Do you watch primarily DVD movies, TV movies, sports, or other TV programming? What specific source components will you be using with your projector now or in the future? Is picture quality the most important thing, or are other concerns, such as noise, size or brightness more important? Are you installing the projector yourself, or are you hiring a custom installer to do the installation for you? Where must the projector be placed? Can you get the required video and control cables to that location? These questions must be answered to ensure you get the proper projector for your home theater. If you are using a custom installer, they will take into account these factors and specify the appropriate unit for you.
Dramatic improvements in the picture quality of digital projectors notwithstanding, CRT projectors still deliver the most film like image. They have no pixel structure and deliver rich, deep blacks. Properly set up and calibrated, with a good video processor, and with the proper size screen, a CRT projector will deliver simply stunning picture quality. Youll need to use a good quality projection screen, typically with 1.3 - 2.5 gain depending upon the size, viewing angel and ambient light in the room. Prices on really great CRT projectors have fallen like a rock in the last year or two. You can get a 9 CRT projector that used to cost $35,000 to $50,000, for less than a third of that figure now. Many firms no longer make CRT projectors due to the decreased demand for projectors using this technology. In addition, the required video processors have decreased dramatically as well. Ten years ago a great video processor used to cost $10,000 to $20,000. Now you can get one for well under $5,000 and as little as $2,000, brand new. They also easily last 8,000 - 10,000 hours when properly set up.
If they are so fantastic, why doesnt everybody still use CRT projectors? Well, there are many detriments to a CRT projector as well. The best ones, with the 9 tubes, are simply huge. Its like hanging an upside down bathtub on your ceiling. If you want to put one under a coffee table, itll be one large table. They are also very heavy, around 150 - 200lbs, so you need the proper structure to support them. CRT projectors also require precise placement. They must be perfectly square with the screen, at the correct elevation for good picture quality. In addition, while many digital projectors have zoom lenses, allowing the projector to be placed at a range of distance from the screen, CRT projectors must be at a very precise distance for a specific screen size. These factors severely limit placement options. While the larger CRT projectors put out more light than their smaller counterparts, they have pretty dim images compared to even the least expensive digital projectors. Finally, CRT projectors require specialized setup in order to get a watchable, much less an optimum image. Every 6 months to a year, they must be re-calibrated to ensure you are still getting optimum picture quality.
There are some very good reasons why most people are using digital projectors in their home theaters today. Many are small and light, require minimal setup and calibration (compared to a CRT), are quiet and have a bright, sharp image. But, there are many different digital projectors, ranging in price from around $700.00 to over $100,000.00. Which one is the best for your specific application? Thankfully, the situation is changing, but many of the digital projectors marketed for home theater use are really just re-badged presentation units. Presentation projectors sacrifice good video quality for brightness. Brightness is much more important when giving a Powerpoint presentation in a lit room than the correct color palate or the black level. The red on the pie chart looks great, no matter what, as long as you can see it from the back row.
You want to choose one of the newer units that has been truly designed for home theater applications. The actual technology used for the imaging chip is not all that important, there are great examples using all three of the digital technologies. Companies such as Sony, Runco, InFocus, Vidikron, Marantz, Benq, Panasonic, Sharp, Optima and Sanyo and some others all make great home theater projectors. The projector will have great black levels, to accurately reproduce detail in the darker areas of the picture and give great contrast. Absolute brightness is not extremely important, unless you have a multi-use room without complete light control or you have a lot of people over for sporting events. If you are entertaining many people for sports, its nice to have some light on in the room, so a brighter projector is advantageous.
Projectors come in a number of different resolutions. The lower the resolution, the smaller the screen you can use before you can see pixel structure. Also, the lower resolutions will not support true HDTV. Most will display HD, but at a decreased resolution. The lowest end projectors typically have resolutions of 800 x 600. The Texas Instruments Matterhorn chip is popular on budget priced wide screen projectors, and has a resolution of 1024 x 576. Anything over a resolution of 720 will allow for true HDTV. The TI series of HD-2 DLP chips has a resolution of 1280 x 720. In April of 2005, TI announced new DLP chips with 1920 x 1080 was ready for production, allowing for true 1080p resolutions. Projectors with this chip will begin shipping in Q1 of 2006. Blu-Ray Disc has stated they will support 1080p, so by late 2006 there will be commercially available 1080p content besides Microsofts WMHD discs.
Another very important aspect of home theater projectors is the internal video processing. This is one of the primary differences between good home theater projectors and presentation projectors. Digital projectors must display progressive scan images at the native resolution of the chip, so any interlaced signal, such as 1080i HDTV, must be de-interlaced and then scaled to the native chip resolution. Poor quality video processors, weather in the projector or external units, cause all sorts of video artifacts that can get in the way of a satisfying video presentation. This subject alone is too in depth for this article, as entire texts have been written on the subject. However, one common video artifact is where diagonal lines are jagged instead of straight. Another annoying artifact caused by poor video processing is moire. This is a pattern seen as alternating light and dark lines that change position as the image moves.
Youll want to be sure your projector supports the HDMI or DVI with HDCP copy protection to allow you to connect a HD-DVD, scaling DVD player or Blu-Ray Disc player. These devices will only allow maximum resolution on a display that has a digital video input with HDCP copy protection. In the future, cable TV and satellite providers may restrict the maximum resolution to their digital outputs too.
When choosing your new home theater projector, make sure it has the video quality, brightness, size, auditory and budget characteristics that you need. Projectors are a large investment, choose carefully and you will be rewarded with years of thrilling video in your home theater.

If you need to, try a lightly medicated soap. Use hot water when washing your face then finish with cold water. Always check the ingredients of the oily skin care product you use. Harsh astringents can take too much oil from your skin; you do not want to let your skin dehydrate. When your skin dehydrates your pores close blocking oil flowing out.
Natural Acne Skin Care Spraying Rose water on your face after you wash will help tighten your skins pores without overdoing it and it balances the skins pH levels. Do not use rose water if your skin is irritated, if you find out you are sensitive stop using it. If your face feels dry after you wash, apply a natural oil free moisturizer to keep your skin from dehydrating. If your face feels dry your glands will produce more oil.
If your skin is sensitive try washing your face in warm salty water or fresh squeezed lemon juice from one lemon with one cup of water. Strain the lemon juice and pour it into a spray bottle, spray your face and let it to dry, and then rinse your face with warm water. Finish with a cold water rinse. This should cut down on the oil without irritating your face. If your face gets too dry from too much washing, try a mixture of just about any mashed melon, Aloe vera gel and cooked oatmeal. Rinse it off with warm water after it dries. Watermelon makes a great natural cleanser crushed and smeared onto the skin; you can use it just by itself or massed up with your favorite fruit yogurt. Wash it off with water after it sits a bit. Be sure to test anything you are going to let set on your face. You want to make sure it will not cause your skin to break out.

Acne Skin Care Advice Work with a health care provider that can help you come up with a diet that will help you with your acne skin care. There are many books on this subject, buy them and read them. To get you started here is some basic advice. Cut down on the fat you eat; do not eat fried foods or any foods you know are high fat. Do not cook with or any heat processed oils, use cold pressed canola or olive oil only. Do not drink soft drinks, stay away from sugar, and junk food.
Eat green vegetables and fresh fruits, dont eat meat, meat slows your digestion and makes it harder for your body to flush out the fats and toxens. Stay away from alcohol. Alcohol makes the liver work harder. This keeps it from doing the job of removing toxins. Toxins build up and sit in your fat, organs and your skin.
Drink enough quality water to keep the skin hydrated and flush out toxins. Moisture makes your skin firm and elastic. Dryness makes your skin look and feel like sandpaper.
Vitamins have been increasingly used as part of a therapy for acne. There are studies that promote the potential benefits of vitamins and try to understand how they work. Make sure you are getting the necessary vitamins and minerals. Get your blood tested; find out what you might lack. If you do not want to get your blood tested, at least take a good multivitamin.

When you contact the company to find out why your product has not been delivered, they will try and force you into exchanging your order for something else, or only fulfil the initial order if you agree to buy overpriced accessories.
The aim of telling you this is not to scare you, but to make you aware and hopefully prevent you becoming a victim. Its sad that the authorities do not do more to drive these unscrupulous dealers out of business.
A notable exception is BH Video in Manhattan. They are authorised dealers for various manufacturers and they offer fair prices and good service. As the online gambling industry fights to gain its legal stature in the United States through a challenge waged by the The Interactive Media Entertainment Gaming Association, the New York Times has hit the stands with a story that McCain may have ties to the land-based casino sector.
A lifelong gambler, Mr. McCain takes risks, both on and off the craps table, according to the New York Times. He was throwing dice one night not long after his failed 2000 presidential bid, in which he was skewered by the Republican Partys evangelical base, opponents of gambling. Mr. McCain was betting at a casino he oversaw as a member of the Senate Indian Affairs Committee, and he was doing so with the lobbyist who represents that casino, according to three associates of Mr. McCain - that would be Foxwoods Casino in Connecticut.
The visit had been arranged by the lobbyist, Scott Reed, who works for the Mashantucket Pequot, a tribe that has contributed heavily to Mr. McCains campaigns and built Foxwoods into the worlds second-largest casino. Joining them was Rick Davis, Mr. McCains current campaign manager. Their night of good fortune epitomized not just Mr. McCains affection for gambling, but also the close relationship he has built with the gambling industry and its lobbyists during his 25-year career in Congress.
As a two-time chairman of the Indian Affairs Committee, Mr. McCain has done more than any other member of Congress to shape the laws governing Americas casinos, helping to transform the once-sleepy Indian gambling business into a $26-billion-a-year behemoth with 423 casinos across the country. He has won praise as a champion of economic development and self-governance on reservations.
One of the founding fathers of Indian gaming is what Steven Light, a University of North Dakota professor and a leading Indian gambling expert, called Mr. McCain.
As factions of the ferociously competitive gambling industry have vied for an edge, they have found it advantageous to cultivate a relationship with Mr. McCain or hire someone who has one, according to an examination based on more than 70 interviews and thousands of pages of documents.
The Indian casinos have not exactly embraced the online gambling sector, however, though McCain has gone on record as saying that prohibition of Internet gambling and online poker is not a priority of his.
It is really Sen. Jon Kyls deal, McCain told a Las Vegas reporter when pressed about the subject. The online poker rooms have been credited for building the WSOP.
And the Indians have not been left out of the equation. Kahnawake, a tribe outside of Quebec, Canada, is among the most prominent enterprises involved in online gambling today, overseeing such businesses as BodogLife.com and UltimateBet Poker.
The New York Times questions McCains classification as a based on his relationship with the Indian casinos and those lobbyists who represent them.
Mr. McCain portrays himself as a Washington maverick unswayed by special interests, referring recently to lobbyists as birds of prey. Yet in his current campaign, more than 40 fund-raisers and top advisers have lobbied or worked for an array of gambling interests - including tribal and Las Vegas casinos, lottery companies and online poker purveyors.
Mr. McCain declined to be interviewed by the New York Times. In written answers to questions, his campaign staff said he was justifiably proud of his record on regulating Indian gambling. Senator McCain has taken positions on policy issues because he believed they are in the public interest, the campaign said.
Just two weeks ago, Democratic running mate Joe Biden announced that his son would no longer engage in lobbying efforts. Bidens son, Hunter, worked on lobbying efforts for the online poker sector.
Federal lobbying records show that Hunter Biden’s firm was hired in June by lawyers for J. Russell DeLeon and his wife, Ruth Parasol, billionaire expatriates who founded a Web site called PartyPoker, according to a New York Times report. Their company, PartyGaming P.L.C., which later went public in London and was the single largest IPO on the London Stock Exchange in 2004, stopped doing business in the United States after President Bush signed a bill into law in 2006 aimed at curbing online gambling.
Wyeth Wiedeman, a lobbyist hired by Mr. DeLeon and Ms. Parasol, said Mr. Biden helped put together a lobbying campaign to persuade Congress to pass a law that would clarify the question about whether online gambling was legal prior to 2006. Mr. Wiedeman said the Justice Department has been examining the couple and others involved with the PartyPoker site.
PartyPoker was forced out of the US market thanks to Jon Kyls co-authored UIGEA. At the time, 80 percent of Partys customers were originating from the US. And in an ironic twist, one time Iowa Republican Congressman and another co-author of the Unlawful Internet Gaming Enforcement Act, Jim Leach, is now vocally endorsing Democratic Senator Barack Obama for President.

FRANKFORT — Monday evening, I plan to sit down with a group of regulars and spend a few hours kicking off the new season of our own little “poker tour.” At least, I hope to last a few hours because, if I don’t, it means I went all in early and lost.
Ours is a low-stakes game ($10 buy-in) where camaraderie and bragging rights take precedence over the opportunity to win big bucks. Actually, with this group, bragging rights trumps camaraderie fairly handily, too.
Over the next several months, we’ll get together on a regular basis to play poker, eat pot luck, sip a libation or two (not so much the head doesn’t remain clear) and generally have a helluva good time.
I can’t imagine having anything close to that level of fun gambling in the faceless, voiceless, impersonal world of cyberspace. So, I don’t go there. Never have gambled on-line; never will — and not just because on-line gambling is illegal while our friendly game is fine as long as no one takes a cut of the pots.
I don’t gamble on-line because, when I call a bet, I want to see the bettor’s face and body language. When I take down a pot, I want the poor souls who lost to know, personally, who won their chips. (Did I mention that bragging rights are important to this group?)
So, Gov. Steve Beshear isn’t stepping on any of my toes by going to court to seize the domain names of on-line gambling sites. Still, I find his approach a bit puzzling for multiple reasons.
For instance, take the question of effectiveness. Say the state wins the rights to the domain name losehere.com, as if anyone would play at a site with that name. Tomorrow, it comes back as losehere.org. or losehere.net or losethere.com.
Secretary J. Michael Brown, of the Justice and Public Safety Cabinet, took the time the other day to explain to me why the administration’s plan can work. And I understand what he and Beshear hope to accomplish.
But I remain doubtful about the ultimate success of this effort because the potential number of domain names the on-line gambling enterprises can switch to after their current names are seized is infinite, which means this could be an endless process.
And as long as some Kentuckians want to sit in front of their computer screens and bet on the flip of a virtual card, the on-line gambling industry will find a way to accommodate them — from offshore sites out of American jurisdiction.
Even if the administration’s gambit could be 100 percent effective, there are better ways to address the “problem” of illegal Internet gambling than by completely denying Kentuckians this form of entertainment.
After all, Kentucky isn’t exactly virgin territory when it comes to laying bets. As state Auditor Crit Luallen’s office noted recently, the Kentucky Lottery Corp. was a $744 million enterprise last year, while charitable gaming had gross receipts of $489 million and horse racing had $470 million.
And let’s not forget Beshear himself campaigned on the promise to put an amendment on the ballot so voters could decide if they want to have casino gambling provide a new source of state revenue. It seems more than a bit ironic that he’s now trying to keep Kentuckians from playing the same games in the virtual world that he wants them to play in the real world.
Sure, the difference is that on-line gambling is illegal. But why is it illegal? Because it’s unregulated, and because it isn’t taxed. You see, gambling only deserves that bad old “illegal” tag when government isn’t getting its cut of the action.
So, faced with the horrors of  an illegal form of gambling, it seems oddly inconsistent that a governor who’s on the record backing the expansion of gambling opportunities in Kentucky wouldn’t explore the possibilities of  making on-line gambling legal by regulating and taxing it before trying to pull the plug on all of the state’s cyber-gamblers.

Most people do not have the time to do biceps and back one day, then legs and shoulders the next, then triceps and abdominals the next day. So here is a short, and every effective full body weight session you can easily get done in 30 minutes or less. Your muscles will feel the workout but you will not have the muscle soreness that will prevent you from your other training
Do this program two times a week. You are going to do drop sets. This means you are going to do three sets back to back without resting. Obviously if you ar not experienced with liting weight you will start with one set then more up to the three sets. You are going to work your larger muscles first. The order goes something like this:
Leg extension
Leg Press
Hamstring Curl
Close Grip Lat. Pull Down
Pull Over or Seated Row
Bench Press
Chest Fly
Triceps
Bicep Curls
Lateral Shoulder Raise
For every exercise write down the weight and the number of repetitions you do for your first set only. Do fifteen repetitions, once you get to the fifteenth repetition drop the weight down about 25% then do as many repetitions as you can, then again without rest drop the weight down and do as many repetitions as you can. If on the first set you cannot make fifteen repetitions, no problem, do as many as you can then drop the weight and keep going as I mentioned.
Write down the weight and number of repetitions you did for the first set only. For your next workout, if you made it to fifteen repetitions increase the weight. If you did not make it to fifteen repetitions, keep the weight the same and try to do more repetitions than you did last time. This will constantly push you to trainer harder. Try and do the exercises in the exact same order every time.
Not resting will really fatigue the muscle, but only while lifting at that time. You will still be able to do your other training. Training this way will stimulate muscle growth because you are causing the muscles to fail. In fact, on your third set you may only be lifting the bar with no weights on it at since your muscle is failing. That is one reason you will want to do this workout on some type of machine unless you have a spotter. Get past how much weight you are lifting, just let your muscles fail.
After a few sessions switch the type of exercise you are doing. Instead of a chest fly do a decline bench, then latter do an incline bench. Instead of a close grip lat. pull down do a seated row, but keep the same basic order, working the larger muscles to the smaller muscle.
You should be able to get this fully body weight session done in thirty minutes or less. Now go run!
